Apostle Bennie L. Kelly

Apostle Bennie L. Kelly has committed her life to God, serving in ministry for over 43 years. She established the Holy Deliverance Church of God, an international ministry, in 1980, with churches in Africa, Germany, and throughout the United States. MTC was founded in Laurinburg, North Carolina, and later moved to 1070 Winslow Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 2018, following God's Vision, Miracle Temple moved to its present location on Bingham Drive.

Apostle Kelly holds a doctorate degree from Shiloh Theological Seminary, Stratford, Virginia, a Master of Divinity from Good News Bible College, Raeford, North Carolina, and an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Fayetteville Technical Community College.

From her humble beginnings as an evangelist, to her call as a teacher, prophet, pastor, and apostle, she is the epitome of true leadership. In the role of the prophet, she delivers a prolific word, proclaiming that hope and deliverance are available through Jesus Christ. As an anointed teacher, she shares revelation knowledge of the Word of God, empowering people to live in the abundance God has provided for his children. As a pastor, she shepherds the flock of God faithfully, providing a spiritual covering for God’s people through prayer. As an evangelist, she boldly declares the Word of God with great wisdom and power, encouraging others to follow her example as she follows Christ. As an apostle, she has planted churches impacting the lives of believers across the nation.

Apostle Kelly has been chosen a prophet to the nations. She is an instrument of God—His words in her mouth. She stands ready to fulfill God’s will by consistently obeying his voice. Her life of service manifests her commitment to God’s purpose and His mandate.
